Texas Marine has Four Dealerships from Houston Texas to Beaumont Texas with over 20 years in the industry as the leader in Texas for Boat Sales and Brokerage. Texas Marine has a complete financing department and parts and service department along with the most knowledgeable sales personnel in the industry. According to their business needs, they needed to grow their website from a static website to a dynamic and responsive site with more capabilities for product updates and lead generation. Through the initial consulting, Turning Minds Media created a robust and industry specific solution to move Texas Marine to the next generation of online success.
The Project
Turning Minds Media provided initial consulting and planning for the design and development of Texas Marine’s website, Inventory Manager, and Special Quotes and Inventory Window Stickers. Our services included extensive interviewing for product inventory, customer profiling, lead generation, and the quoting process. We also integrated a staging area of the administration system to cooperate with their proprety point of sale software to expedite the product inventory sections. We also created dynamic quoting capabilities on their inventory which allows all Texas Marine employees the ability to create, edit, and archive customer quotes and trade in information. Additionally, the website generate a unique inventory display for window stickers and MSRP sheets to place on boats.
