This includes the development long-term and short-term marketing initiatives, resource allocation and budgeting, managing and executing the sales and marketing plan and full delivery of creative production needs. In this way, Turning Minds is essentially running all marketing functions of your organization allowing you to leverage the professional talent and capabilities of Turning Minds without the burden of staffing and human resources. From the small tasks to the large projects, we handle all your organization needs.
Your Agency - “Objectives Based Execution”
Acting as your strategy and execution team, Turning Minds will work directly with the CEO or executive responsible for Marketing and Sales within your organization to mastermind and plan a set of strategic sales and marketing initiatives that work within your current business objectives. Goals and objectives will be identified and Turning Minds will execute the programs and initiatives on time and on budget over a period of six to twelve months.
Your Project Team - “Free up and Focus”
Acting as your hired guns, Turning Minds will define the business purpose of the sales and/or marketing project and create a plan of action with milestones, deliverables and the necessary budget to fulfill the project.
